This evidence-based group training builds practical caregiving skills, increases understanding of dementia stages and behaviors, and helps manage caregiver stress. Facilitated by licensed social workers with dementia expertise, classes are offered quarterly, both in person and virtually.

Memory Café

Memory Café is a safe, supportive space for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers to enjoy social connection and engaging activities in an inclusive, welcoming environment. Facilitated by COMPASS staff and trained volunteers, activities focus on strengths and are designed to encourage creativity, participation, and meaningful connection for all guests.
